General Season Info:

1 practice a week- practice night will depend on team placement

8 game season- 11 and up may travel to local Y's based on registration

Uniform included:

Soccer: Jersey and socks

Basketball: Reversible jersey

Volleyball: Jersey

Flag Football: Jersey

T-ball: Jersey and Hat

Equipment Needed:

Soccer- Shin guards and cleats; cleats option in 3-5 age group

Flag Football- mouth guard

Volleyball- knee pads recommended
